Return & Refund Policy

At Snark & Sunshine, we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are custom printed on demand just for you, please read our policy carefully.

Custom & Printed Items All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering!

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, we've got you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we are unable to cancel.
